Lancement d\u2019une nouvelle recherche collective \u00e0 Kinshasa: le fonctionnement des mutuelles et des caisses de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale des agents publics en RDC<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Du 6 au 10 f\u00e9vrier, la m\u00eame \u00e9quipe de chercheurs de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 d\u2019Anvers et de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Catholique du Congo s\u2019est engag\u00e9e dans une autre phase de recherche collective qui s\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la situation des fonctionnaires et autres agents publics.
Pendant trois jours, les chercheuses et chercheurs se sont r\u00e9partis en petits groupes de deux \u00e0 trois personnes dans l\u2019objectif d\u2019explorer les diff\u00e9rentes interpr\u00e9tations de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale des agents publics par eux-m\u00eames et de trois institutions appel\u00e9es \u00e0 leur fournir diff\u00e9rents services, \u00e0 savoir : la Caisse nationale de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale des agents publics de l\u2019\u00c9tat (CNSSAP), la Caisse de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale des parlementaires (SESSOPA) et la Mutuelle des Enseignants de l\u2019Enseignement Primaire, Secondaire et Technique (MESP). En rassemblant les perspectives des caisses, de leurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires et des h\u00f4pitaux, nous avons finalement d\u00e9fini les questions et les hypoth\u00e8ses qui vont guider l\u2019\u00e9tape suivante de la recherche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
